1:1 Coaching
Using the intellectual property accumulated over years of coaching and training, Real+ coaches work with groups developing strategy, refining skills, troubleshooting business challenges and improving the performance of your business and the individual. Our coaches provide services across all facets of Real Estate to all levels, and are set on a monthly retainer, meaning you have your coach on call should you require urgent support
Group Training
Coaching groups typically formed with like minded goals and roles; these
hourly sessions are run once per month, are capped at 4 attendees, and are include to
geographically exclusive businesses to ensure transparency and collaboration.
Keynote Delivery
The term “keynote speaker” comes from the ritual of barbershop
singers practicing a keynote before singing a song. In other words, the keynote sets the
tone for the song, just as a good keynote speaker does in setting the tone for your event.
Keynote speakers are used to create emotion around a certain topic, often through
expert knowledge, humor, and energy, no one does that better than Fiona!
Virtual classrooms
Our sessions are suitable for all areas of your business, from
principals to administration staff, department managers to leasing consultants, new
