Samantha Xerri (nee Macri) has been in and around the Property Industry for 20 years. Emanating from the beautiful Manly / Northern Beaches, Sam has been an integral part of some of the most iconic Property Management and Franchise groups in Sydney.

Property Management takes a hold of you, gets under your skin, and becomes part of who you are, and Sam is definitely drinking the Cool-Aid with the rest of her Real+ family. Moving her way as an entry level team member, through to PM, SPM, and eventually Department manager across the various roles in her career, Samantha understands the functions, processes and relationships at a grass roots level.

With a love of pulling apart processes to create streamlined solutions, onboarding industry newbies and turning them into superstars, and ensuring Property Managers are stress free, Sam is making an incredible impact with our Real+ community.

As Head of Property Management for a national franchise, Sam is versed in businesses of all shapes, sizes, and locations.Whether in start up mode, growth or return phase, Sam has supported businesses and their teams to navigate smooth and rough paths to goal achievement.
